Dr. Prem Nanda (MDS)
Dr Prem Nanda a Gold Medalist Bombay University has undergone advanced training in Oral implantology at various centres in Holland, Germany and Switzerland. He has an experience of 23 years in Implantology and was conferred the Diplomate of the International Congress of Oral Implantologist in 2003. He is a pioneer of Basal Implantology and the first clinician in India to practice and teach the the use of cortical anchorage for immediate loading and also now pioneered the use and teaching of intraoral welding techniques for predictable implantology. His practice in Implantology is predominantly Immediate Loading.
His vast experience after several thousand implants has given him the opportunity to closely look at different implant systems over a long period. His clinical tips will immensely help the participants to build a successful implant practice.
He runs a busy practice in Pune and Dubai with special emphasis in Implantology. He also conducts a clinical course in Dental Implantology at his clinic in Pune.
Dr. Sacheev Nanda (MDS)
Dr. Sacheev Nanda stood First in Prosthodontics, Bharati Vidyapeeth University. Trained in Implantology at various centers in Switzerland, Italy, Hungary, Austria, Turkey, USA. Started Dental Implantology in 2006, Since then has had extensive exposure to both the surgical and prosthetic aspects of implantology. Worked with both immediate loading and delayed loading protocols, with conventional root form implants and basal implants, and more recently with syncrystallisation.
He believes that the key to long term success with implant restorations is proper prosthetic planning and execution. Pre-surgical prosthetic evaluation is essential, especially in cases with multiple implant restorations. Simple clinical assessments made prior to surgery can go a long way towards ensuring functional & aesthetic restorations.
